Glazier – Contract Position in Washington DC, USA


Are you a skilled Glazier looking for a contract position with great pay and accommodation provided? Look no further! Our company is currently seeking an experienced Glazier to join our team in Washington DC. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per week.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to specified size and shape
- Install glass in frames, skylights, storefronts, or other structures
- Fasten glass into frames with clips, moldings or other types of fasteners
- Use suction cups or cranes to lift and set large panes of glass into position
- Replace broken or damaged glass panes

Requirements:
- Experience as a glazier preferred, but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy objects and working on ladders at various heights
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work on a contract basis without permanent employment benefits
- Accommodation will be provided, but must be willing to relocate if necessary
