Executive Chef (Indian Cuisine)


We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative menu items that showcase the flavors and techniques of Indian cuisine
- Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to ensure freshness and cost-effectiveness
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain consistent quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with restaurant management on budgeting, pricing, and revenue strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining classic favorites on the menu
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Fluent English language skills preferred

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1600$ per month.

Location:
The job is located in Ufa, Russia. Applicants from India or other English-speaking countries are preferred.

Type:
This is a full-time temporary position with potential for permanent employment based on performance.
