JAVA Developer


We are hiring a skilled and experienced JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Ashdod, Israel. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using the JAVA programming language.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. You will also be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing high-quality software applications using JAVA
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Conducting unit testing and troubleshooting/debugging software issues
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to team members
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Following best practices for software development and adhering to coding standards
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a JAVA Developer or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in core JAVA programming language
- Knowledge of object-oriented design principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Experience with web application development using Spring framework (Spring Boot)
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position. Additionally, we provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for candidates who require relocation.
