We are currently hiring a Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with all accounting standards and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300 USD per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Review and reconcile balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Mentor junior accounting staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Experience working in a multinational company or in the Middle East region.
- Familiarity with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
