Machine Operator

A reputable manufacturing company in Lom is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines used in the production process. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of these machines to meet production targets.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various machines, such as lathes, mills, grinders, and presses
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed for optimal performance
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Basic math skills to accurately measure materials and perform calculations
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary
