We are seeking a talented Preservation Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures, ensuring their cultural and architectural significance is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on the history, design, and materials of historical buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans that take into consideration the structural stability and historical significance of the building
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to implement preservation plans
- Inspect buildings for damages or deterioration and recommend necessary repairs or restorations
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for preservation projects
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and concerns regarding the preservation of their property
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards, techniques, and materials used in preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- In-depth knowledge of architectural history, theory, and techniques used in preservation projects
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant computer programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines within budget constraints
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough research on historical buildings

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Historic Preservation or related field
- Professional license or certification
- Experience working on international preservation projects
- Fluency in Russian language

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
