Crane Operator

We are in need of an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Ashdod. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to move materials and equipment on job sites. You must have excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness to accurately maneuver the crane and its load. You must also have a strong understanding of safety protocols and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various types of cranes, including mobile cranes, tower cranes, and overhead cranes
- Inspect crane before each shift to ensure proper functioning and report any issues or malfunctions
- Communicate with other workers on the job site to coordinate lifting operations
- Use hand signals or two-way radios to communicate with ground crew during lifts
- Follow all safety standards and procedures while operating the crane
- Keep accurate records of materials moved and hours worked each day
- Perform routine maintenance on crane as needed
- Report any accidents or near misses immediately to supervisor

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Crane Operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid crane operator certification from a recognized training program
- Knowledge of various types of cranes and their capabilities
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness
- Ability to work well under pressure and follow safety protocols at all times
- Good communication skills for coordinating with ground crew during lifts
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time contract (with potential for permanent position)
