Our busy restaurant in Akron is seeking a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude. This is a full-time position with no experience required, making it perfect for someone looking to start their career in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using hand or industrial dishwashing equipment
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly sanitized and stored
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area including floors, walls, and equipment
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Follow instructions from kitchen staff and management
- Work efficiently to keep up with high volume demand during peak hours

Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Basic understanding of food safety principles
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Previous experience as a dishwasher is a plus but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month. We offer competitive pay rates based on experience and performance.
