Location: Nakuru, Kenya
Salary: $1300 per month

Are you a talented and experienced Executive Chef looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our luxury hotel in Nakuru is seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic team.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, inventory management, and staff supervision. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that our guests receive the highest quality dining experience.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.
- Formal culinary training and certification.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative flair and passion for creating unique and delicious dishes.
- Fluent in English (Malayalees or Canadians preferred).

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that are innovative, on-trend, and meet the dietary requirements of our guests.
- Oversee all food preparation to ensure high quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in their duties.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and control costs.
- Work closely with suppliers to source the best quality ingredients at competitive prices.
