Experienced Handyman in Atlanta


We are currently seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Atlanta. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within residential or commercial properties. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Conduct repairs on appliances, fixtures, and other household items
- Respond to repair requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Keep track of materials and equipment needed for each job
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards
- Communicate with clients regarding job status and any additional repairs needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Must be able to work independently without supervision
- Must have own transportation

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.
