As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This position is suitable for men who are English-speaking and willing to relocate to Las Vegas.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs and other structures
- Connect panels to electrical systems
- Ensure proper wiring and connections
- Perform routine maintenance on panels
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with panels or wiring
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required
