Puncher - Construction Worker
Location: Eldoret, Kenya
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable)


We are seeking a skilled Puncher to join our construction team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the construction process such as punching holes, removing debris and excess materials, and assisting with general construction duties.

Requirements:
- Ability to punch holes in concrete, metal or wood using hand or power tools
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Experience working in the construction industry preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Indian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Use hand or power tools to punch holes in concrete, metal or wood as required by the project plans
- Remove debris and excess materials from construction sites using shovels, brooms and other tools
- Assist with general construction duties such as carrying materials, setting up scaffolding and cleaning work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations on the job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met on time
