We are hiring a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Malindi. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. This includes setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to standard procedures
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections and perform maintenance tasks as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain smooth operation
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Keep detailed records of production output and machine maintenance
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating production output
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
