Light Driver - Malindi



We are hiring a skilled Light Driver to join our team in Malindi. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience. As a Light Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining our company vehicles while providing efficient transportation services for our staff.

Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff and goods to designated locations
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a clean driving record
- Plan the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations
- Assist with loading and unloading goods as needed
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of company vehicles

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a light driver preferred
- Familiarity with local roads, traffic laws, and regulations
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.

This job is based in Malindi, Kenya.
