Facade Specialist

As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the exterior appearance of buildings. Your primary duty will be to ensure that the facade of our company's properties in Karachi is always in good condition and visually appealing. This role requires experience in facade maintenance and repair, as well as the ability to work independently and with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any potential issues
- Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on facades, including cleaning, painting, and replacing damaged materials
- Install new facade elements as needed
- Keep accurate records of all facade work completed
- Communicate with management regarding any major repairs or renovations needed for facades
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for facade maintenance

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in facade maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of various facade materials, such as glass, metal, stone, etc.
- Ability to use tools and equipment necessary for facade work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the company's properties

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Facade Maintenance or a related field
- Experience in project management or supervision of facade projects

Salary: $1500 per month (part-time)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (accommodation provided)
