Junior Plasterer - Multan, Pakistan

We are seeking a Junior Plasterer to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Junior Plasterer, you will work under the supervision of experienced plasterers and learn the ins and outs of the trade. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing surfaces for plastering, including cleaning and repairing walls
- Mix plaster ingredients according to instructions and apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Use hand tools and equipment such as trowels, floats, hammers, and chisels to shape and smooth plaster surfaces
- Apply coats of finish plaster over base coats to create a smooth finish
- Repair cracks or damaged areas of existing plasterwork
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of hand tools and their uses
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced plasterers
