A reputable construction company in Multan is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, cleaning and smoothing out imperfections
- Mixing plaster and other materials according to specific ratios
- Applying plaster manually or using specialized tools such as trowels or spray guns
- Creating decorative finishes such as textured or stucco patterns
- Ensuring that the final product is smooth, even, and free of imperfections
- Working with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Familiarity with different types of plaster and their applications
- Physical strength and stamina to carry out physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and an eye for creating smooth, flawless finishes
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be comfortable with working at heights

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is based in Multan, but candidates from all over Pakistan are welcome to apply.

Preference:
While this position is open to all applicants regardless of gender, it may be more suitable for men due to the physical demands of the job.
