Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager
Our construction company in Herzliya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and ensure that it is on schedule and within budget
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections of workmanship and materials
- Prepare reports on project progress, issues, and solutions for management review
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Israel is preferred
