Indian Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Herzliya. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menus that showcase traditional Indian cuisine while incorporating local flavors and ingredients
- Train and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and budgeting for the kitchen department
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment according to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of food service throughout the resort
- Monitor guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to maintain guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Proven experience in preparing traditional Indian cuisine with a modern twist
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations for food handling and storage
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

This job is located in Herzliya, Israel.
Accommodation:
This is a seasonal job without accommodation provided. Candidates must arrange their own housing during the duration of the contract.
