Indian Restaurant Manager - Al-Kuwait

As an Indian Restaurant Manager in Al-Kuwait, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your main duties will include supervising staff, ensuring quality customer service, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies, creating work schedules, and managing budget and expenses. You will also be responsible for hiring and training new employees, as well as promoting a positive work environment.

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience working in a restaurant setting, preferably as a manager or assistant manager. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with staff are essential. Proficiency in English is required to communicate with customers and vendors.

This is a full-time job that requires working flexible hours including weekends and holidays. While previous experience is preferred, we are open to candidates without experience who possess the necessary skills and enthusiasm to succeed in this role.

As this position does not include accommodation, we are seeking candidates who already have a valid visa to work in Al-Kuwait. A minimum of 12th grade education is required for this role.
