Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining files and records, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in basic computer programs, and have a strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Filipino nationality
- Located in Ufa or willing to relocate
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Organizing and maintaining files and documents
- Coordinating meetings, including sending out invitations, reserving meeting rooms, preparing materials, etc.
- Handling correspondence such as emails, letters, and memos
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed
Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
