Construction Project Manager
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of construction projects in the city. Your main duties will include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and managing budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects in Beer-Sheva
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Review and approve project designs and plans
- Provide regular updates to upper management on project status
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop solutions to mitigate them
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Hebrew preferred
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
