Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality control and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects
- Communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on track
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Manage relationships with clients by providing regular updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (minimum 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva (open to candidates of any nationality)

Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
