Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Beer-Sheva. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
- Draft and prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Book travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork and setting up workstations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
