Warehouse Manager (Malayalee preferred)

Our logistics company in Riyadh is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with strong English communication skills, able to handle a contract job without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Plan and coordinate daily operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
- Ensure inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations
- Implement and maintain proper storage and handling procedures for all products
- Monitor warehouse equipment and schedule maintenance as needed
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Preferably Malayalee or familiar with Malayalee culture
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of warehouse software systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1100$
