We are hiring a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Baker in a bakery or restaurant setting and possess strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. This is a full-time position with free visa and ticket provided for Indian nationals or those currently residing in India. We welcome freshers who are passionate about baking and willing to learn on the job.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, icings, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods
- Decorate baked goods using various tools and techniques
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for consistency and taste
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and equipment
- Clean work area and equipment after each shift
- Train new team members on baking techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Baker in a bakery or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of different types of flours, sugars, fats, spices, etc.
- Familiarity with various baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, molds, etc.
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina for standing long hours and lifting heavy items
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if necessary
