Construction Project Manager

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Jerusalem. This position is suitable for men with experience in the construction industry and requires fluency in English. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the construction project, from budgeting and scheduling to managing subcontractors and ensuring quality control. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of construction methods and materials, as well as experience with project management software. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have the legal right to live and work in Jerusalem.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedule
- Manage personnel on site
- Oversee quality control and safety protocols
- Communicate updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure project stays within budget constraints
- Use project management software to track progress and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or relevant field preferred
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Hebrew is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Experience with project management software such as Procore or Primavera P6
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
