Senior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our team in Herzliya. As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process for commercial projects. This includes working closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, developing design concepts, creating detailed plans and drawings, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience managing a team is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed plans and drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya (with potential for remote work)
