Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures for welding equipment
- Physical stamina and strength to work with heavy materials
- Attention to detail and precision in work

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the required welding process
- Set up welding equipment according to specifications for each job
- Operate welding tools such as gas torches, plasma cutters, and arc welders
- Monitor the welding process to ensure it meets quality standards and makes necessary adjustments as needed
- Inspect completed welds for flaws or defects using specialized tools such as calipers or gauges
- Clean, repair, and maintain welding equipment as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with other team members on projects
- Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
