A well-established construction company in Utena is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in welding, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Fabricate and weld metal components using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Ensure all welded parts meet quality standards and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding
- Strong knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
