Indian Collector in Bungoma

We are hiring an experienced Indian Collector to join our team in Bungoma. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Fluency in English is not required for this position. However, proficiency in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients and negotiate repayment plans
- Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any issues or disputes
- Maintain accurate records of all collections activities
- Review and update client payment information
- Report on collection activity and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a collector or in a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Hindi or any other Indian language preferred
- Must have own visa/work permit
