Malayalee Collector in Bungoma

We are hiring a full-time Malayalee Collector to join our team in Bungoma. As a Collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. This position is open to women and does not require knowledge of English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers to collect payments on time
- Record and track all payment transactions accurately
- Manage customer accounts and resolve any payment issues or discrepancies
- Communicate with customers in the preferred language, Malayalam
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments
- Coordinate with other departments to address any customer concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee living in Bungoma, Kenya
- Previous experience as a Collector or similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam
- Excellent record keeping and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers

Salary: 1300$ per month
