Job Title: Restaurant Manager (St-Petersburg, Contract, Salary: 1700$)



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in St-Petersburg on a contract basis. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, while maintaining high-quality standards of service and food.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff training
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and handle any potential issues that may arise
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and take necessary steps to resolve them
- Maintain accurate financial records and report on any discrepancies or areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Russian is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
