We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our busy establishment in St. Petersburg, Russia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
- Ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies
- Good understanding of financial management and budgeting
- Fluent in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to meet revenue targets
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant at all times
