Restaurant Manager - Acre, Israel
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Acre, Israel. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, customer service, staff performance, and inventory management
- Create schedules for staff and ensure proper coverage at all times
- Train and develop new employees to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability without compromising quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficient in Hebrew (English is an advantage)
- Prior experience in budgeting and financial management is preferred
- Must have a valid work permit or be eligible to obtain one in Israel
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 900$ per month plus bonuses based on performance.
