We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and objectives. Your creativity and technical skills will be put to the test as you work on a variety of projects, from designing new websites to updating existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present website concepts to clients
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the smooth implementation of design elements
- Conduct regular quality checks on websites to ensure they meet design standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into website designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design or related field
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Location:
This position is located in Kaunas, Lithuania. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who hold the necessary work permits or visas.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
