Nurse - Critical Care

As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide specialized care to patients who are critically ill or injured. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide emotional support and education for patients and their families
- Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment for patients at all times
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition or emergencies
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in India
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Certification in Critical Care Nursing preferred
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
