Seamstress/ Tailor



We are hiring a skilled Seamstress or Tailor to join our team in Eldoret. As a Seamstress/Tailor, you will be responsible for creating and altering garments according to customer specifications. This role requires attention to detail, strong sewing skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss garment specifications and measurements
- Create patterns and cut fabric according to measurements
- Operate sewing machines and other tools to assemble garments
- Alter garments based on client's feedback and requests
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in every garment
- Keep accurate records of orders, materials used, and time spent on each project
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or Tailor
- Expertise in measuring, cutting, and sewing different types of fabrics
- Familiarity with various sewing equipment and techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good time-management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
