Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Train, test, validate, and optimize machine learning models using various techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning
- Deploy models into production systems and monitor performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Continuously research and explore new techniques in machine learning to improve current processes
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing machine learning algorithms and models
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, analysis, and visualization tools such as Pandas or Tableau
- Knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis and model evaluation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and analytically
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
