Part-Time Industrial Architect
Location: Multan, Pakistan


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Multan, Pakistan. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and create functional and efficient designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and facilities according to client specifications
- Create detailed plans, blueprints and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and practical
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time
- Conduct site visits to gather information, assess potential challenges, and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Review building codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of CAD software
- Excellent design skills with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing structures
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas visually through drawings and models

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Multan, Pakistan. Candidates must be able to commute or live locally.

Visa Sponsorship:
We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Pakistan.
