Junior Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Information Security Analyst to join our team in Gujrat. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our company's information systems. You will assist in monitoring and analyzing security logs and reports, identifying vulnerabilities and risks, and implementing security measures to safeguard against cyber threats. This position is open to candidates without prior experience in information security, and we offer visa sponsorship for international applicants. We especially encourage women to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor security logs and reports to identify potential security incidents
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on our information systems
- Assist in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and controls
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure proper implementation of security measures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, threats, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs
- Knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud services (AWS)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, SIEMs
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Gujrat (visa sponsorship available)
