Network and Systems Administrator

Our growing company is seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network and systems by monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will also be responsible for implementing new technologies and upgrades to improve our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
- Troubleshoot any network or system issues that may arise
- Implement new technologies and upgrades to improve network performance
- Perform regular backups of data and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Create documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), LAN/WAN configuration, VPNs, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
