Sales Manager - Faisalabad, Pakistan



As a Sales Manager in Faisalabad, Pakistan, you will be responsible for managing and leading our sales team to achieve company sales targets. You must have previous experience in sales and relevant industry knowledge. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay updated with industry news, trends, and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in English is preferred
