As an Entry-Level Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. You will work on construction sites and other locations to move materials, dig trenches, and perform other tasks as directed by your supervisor.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently based on job site requirements
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and complete projects on time
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including the amount of time spent operating each piece of equipment
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel to different job sites
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- No previous experience required; training will be provided on the job site
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month. Additionally, benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans may be offered depending on company policies.

This position is based in Utena, Lithuania. Applicants should be willing to relocate or commute to this city for work.
