Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Nakuru
As a Concierge at our luxury hotel in Nakuru, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their needs, making reservations and arrangements, and ensuring a seamless experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
- Arrange for special requests or amenities to be delivered to guest rooms
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the surrounding area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local attractions and activities is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English is preferred
Salary: $1600 per month
Location: Nakuru, Kenya
