Concierge Assistant

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents at our luxury hotel in Nakuru. Your main duties will include welcoming and assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and any questions or requests they may have during their stay. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized lobby area, making reservations for guests at local restaurants or events, and providing information about the surrounding area. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. This job is open to all nationalities with free visa and ticket assistance provided specifically for Filipino applicants.
