Junior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers and project managers to assist in the design and development of various architectural projects. This is a contract position for Nepali candidates with limited experience, making it the perfect opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of architectural drawings, models, and presentations
- Conduct site visits and participate in client meetings
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts
- Research materials and products for projects
- Help prepare construction documents
- Adhere to project timelines and budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
