The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a creative approach to cooking. Responsibilities:
- Create unique and innovative menus that showcase local ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Continuously develop new recipes and techniques to keep the menu fresh and interesting
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or themed menus

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen
- Strong understanding of various cooking techniques
- Knowledge of local ingredients and their seasonal availability

Salary: $1700 USD per month
