Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through thorough testing and analysis. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report bugs, as well as collaborate on solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development processes and experience with automated testing tools. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of all features
- Identify, report, and track bugs through the use of bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to understand new features and potential issues
- Develop automated test scripts for regression testing
- Perform manual testing when necessary
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to the development team
- Participate in design reviews to ensure quality is considered from the beginning
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum)
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, etc.)
- Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
