Architectural Technologist - Remish, Rwanda


An established architectural firm in the bustling city of Remish is seeking an experienced and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and construction of various building projects. Your role will involve using your technical knowledge and expertise to produce detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and plans
- Use CAD software to create detailed drawings and blueprints
- Conduct on-site surveys to assess project feasibility and gather data
- Prepare material samples and cost estimates for clients
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural technology or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with opportunities for professional growth within our firm. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Applicants must have their own valid visa for working in Rwanda.
